the small parts are manually or automatically
positioned on a flat conveyor,
powder coated on one side, and after curing automatically
turned and then coated on the other side.
We are specialized in the
development and manufacture of powder coating
equipment with flat conveyor systems.
Recently, the product range was complemented by
a spindle conveyor system.
This system is primarily for the powder coating
of rotationally symmetrical workpieces.
The SFB AG also builds
simple coating systems for small parts or long
profiles of steel or aluminium. In this
case, the workpieces will be hung on a hanger
of a semi-automatic P+F-conveyor. In the area
of powder application and curing, the transport
will be with constant speed. In the load and unload-area,
the transport will be manually.
